The Professional & Personal Performance Management Toolkit

Tired of setting goals you never stick to?

To achieve more, you need to not only set goals – but break them down into objectives, actions, and targets that can be measured and tracked.

This tool will help you:

  • Outline your aims and set key priorities
  • Define the steps you'll need to take to get there
  • Track and optimise your plan as you go
  • Break your big goals down into smaller objectives, set timelines, build a plan, then track and optimise it as you go.

No more getting overwhelmed, sidetracked and not being accountable.

Keep your focus and by committing your objectives to paper you can start your journey following a realistic path without being overwhelmed by the big picture.  This tool is about progress and not perfection, setting targets and taking steps to achieve them.

Success roadmap

Personal performance management isn't simple. But this tool is.

It's quick and easy to set up – and takes mere minutes per day or per week to continuously track your progress and ensure you're on the right track.

Goals

This is where it all begins – where you set out the big picture, and (if you like) sort them into different categories. You don't need much detail here – the tool will guide you in breaking the goals down throughout the next stages.

Here's where the real magic happens! For each of your objectives, you'll be prompted to break them into sub-tasks – and use the dropdown menus to assign priorities, KPIs, targets, and a date when you're going to review them.

Progress tracker

This page pulls in the data and targets from your roadmap, so you can note where you're on track, where you're behind and see your progress at a glance. The dropdowns make it quick and simple to focus on the facts – so we can get the full picture of what's happening before we ask why.

360-degree feedback

After we've observed all the facts, we can ask what's working and what needs to change. You can ask friends, family, or colleagues for input here – or you can use it as a prompt to 'step into their shoes' and view your progress from an impartial perspective. What you learn here can be fed back into your objectives and roadmap, so your plan is always being optimised for success!

Development Curriculum

Are there books you want to read, courses you wish to take, articles you intend to revisit or documentaries you aim to watch to keep you on track? Not only can you keep them all in one place with the Development Curriculum, but you can organise them by objective, so you'll always know where to look.
